Ive wanted one of these blankets since the store opened, finally 3 years later I bought myself a blanket as a “birth present” (I just gave birth to a baby girl). Oh, my, gosh, it feels so good and helps calm my nervous system during all these crazy hormonal times. Im so happy I didn’t settle with a target blanket (or glass beaded blanket). I also have anxiety and depression and this blanket is amazing.

I love it! I lurked on the site and waited so long to purchase one of these (this is definitely an investment!) but I am so glad I finally did. It's truly like buying an piece of art that you get to cozy up with every day. It's gorgeous in every way and the longer I own it, the cozier and cuddlier it becomes. It really is like a hug. The petite size ended up being perfect - I take it from the couch to the bed easily. The only problem is my family fighting over who gets use it, so maybe I need to start saving for another one... :)

Amazing It really helps me regulate my nervous system and stress response. Not only do you get to support wonderful women but their business model is all about sustainable upcycling at it's best. 12/10 would recommend!

I love my Sheltered Co. weighted blankets. I’ve bought several for various members of my household, as well as for gifts. They are a big investment, but I love that they use dead stock fabric, and I can choose an all cotton knit that is durable and long lasting. I sleep so much better (as does my teenager) with the weighted blanket.
